Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo (born Andrea Navedo) is a published American actor, author and writer. The actress began her career by performing in the daytime soaps such as One Life to Live or Guiding Light, and later played roles as a support actress in primetime television. Andrea Navedo is an American actress and singer who was born on 10 October 1977 at The Bronx New York United States. Navedo's professional acting began in soap operas. In 1995-1997, she played Linda Soto in ABC's soap show One Life to Live. She joined Guiding Light, a CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut came with a small part on the show in Girl 6 (1996) then appeared in the episodes New York Undercover and The District. Navedo was in Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the next year. Navedo was a regular character on the NBC Crime Series Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages followed in the same vein, along with Blue Bloods. Navedo starred in many other movies, such as El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo appeared in How to Make It in America Golden Boy, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit from 2011 until 2013.
